 We took a Sunday drive around Monadnock, New Hampshire for a little leaf peeping during which I took this collection of nine photographs amongst a cacophony of colors.

Black Hills National Forest |
Climbing slowly into the Black Hills, we came around a corner and were presented with this view. It began to look like it might rain.

Yellowstone National Park |
Crossing in to Wyoming, we entered Yellowstone National Park on the north side and wound our way slowly through the park to the east entrance.

 We arrived at our campsite in Montana at 11:00pm and woke to at the foot of these hills. We were just outside Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park.

 Beside a weather-beaten bush was this small patch of yellow flowers. This composition is meant to bring out the symmetry and intricate details of this tiny yellow flower.

 What I found striking about the petals of this flower was the manner in which the purple faded into almost white, as though it had been painted by a brush.

This cluster of beautiful, luscious grapes are gewurztraminer planted at Altacima.
